To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all original tags attached. If you purchased items as a matching set, it is mandatory you return the items together as a set.Our policy lasts 14 days from the purchase date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
